Return Policy

The basics

You may return any unused Stick Tiles product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund there.

What can be returned

• Unopened, unused tile packs in their original packaging.
• Opened packs with the protective film still attached, in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, tiles that have already been applied to a surface or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at support@stick-tiles.com with your order number and a short note about the reason for the return. We will reply within a few hours with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within another 1–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? The fastest way to swap is to place a new order and return the original — that way you get the new tiles in transit while we process the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
