Who we are

We only collect information that is necessary to fulfil your order and improve our service:
- Order & account data: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order history.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a token and the last 4 digits.
- Usage data: pages viewed, items added to cart, device and browser information. Used to improve the store and personalise marketing.
How we use it
- To process and ship your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer support replies.
- With your permission, to send occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe in one click at any time.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
- To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting law).
Who we share data with
- Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal, to authorise and capture your payment.
- Shipping carriers: only the address and contact details necessary to deliver your parcel.
- Email provider: Resend, to deliver order confirmations and support replies.
- Analytics & advertising: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, with hashed identifiers, to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads.
We never sell your personal data.

Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent for marketing. Email support@stick-tiles.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep order and accounting data for as long as required by law (typically 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
