Where we ship
We ship Stick Tiles worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 6–13 business days.
Delivery times can be slightly longer for remote regions or during peak periods (holiday season, sales). We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email when the parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Customs & duties
For shipments outside the European Union, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel accurately and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
